We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Care Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and help shape the delivery of high-quality, client-centred care within a respected and locally owned Home Care provider.

This is a rewarding opportunity to lead with purpose, drive excellence in clinical governance, and ensure that services consistently meet the needs of our clients and the highest standards of care.

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Oversee clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Lead and mentor the care team to deliver client-focused, high-quality care
  • Drive continuous improvement and service innovation
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners

What we're looking for:

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of aged care standards and client-directed care
  • Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's licence and Australian working rights
