What You'll Bring

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant qualification
  • 4–5 years' experience in aged care, with mentoring or leadership experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow individualised care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • A professional, confidential, and team-oriented approach
  • Genuine passion for delivering compassionate, resident-focused care
