About the Role:
Arborise Tree Care is seeking a skilled and passionate Qualified Arborist to join our close-knit and committed team. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the health, safety, and aesthetics of trees across residential, commercial, and public spaces. This is an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of tree care projects while delivering expert advice to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pruning, trimming, and removals in accordance with industry best practices
- Provide professional advice to clients on tree health, safety, and maintenance
- Operate and maintain specialised equipment (e.g., chainsaws, chippers, EWPs)
- Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken
- Ensure compliance with OHS, environmental, and industry regulations
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality outcomes
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Certificate III in Arboriculture
- Demonstrated industry experience as a qualified arborist
- Understanding of tree biology, identification, and structural assessments
- Proficiency with arboricultural tools and machinery
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High regard for safety, risk management, and environmental sustainability
- Manual driver's licence (or willingness to obtain - MR desirable)
- Ability to work well in a team
