About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Recruitment Co-ordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and provide day-to-day support across a range of HR functions. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting our growing organisation and ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: advertising, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.

  • Build and maintain talent pools to support workforce planning.

  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts, new starter documentation, and induction scheduling.

  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and provide timely recruitment updates.

HR Support & Administration

  • Maintenance of HR records.

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including contract variations, probation reviews, and offboarding.

  • Provide general HR advice and support to employees and managers in line with company policies.

  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.

  • Support learning and development activities including training coordination and tracking.

About You:

  • Experience in recruitment and/or HR administration, ideally within the construction or industrial sector.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

  • Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR space.
