What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from trades to professional positions
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through multiple channels
  • Screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Play a key role in maintaining and improving our HR Business systems

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in mining, construction, or trades
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a high-volume environment
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on candidate experience
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems and social media sourcing
  • Willingness to ongoing learning and development
