Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Adroits' sales across QLD in new and existing accounts (majority new).
  • Travel as required across QLD (Brisbane focused) and occasionally interstate.
  • Build strong relationships with civil and mining customers.
  • Work closely with engineers to deliver fit-for-purpose piping solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Maintain detailed records and opportunities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the wider team in regular sales meetings

About You:

  • Proven B2B field sales experience in industrial environments (civil/mining preferred).
  • Strong relationship builder with a value-based sales approach.
  • Confident in contract negotiation and account management.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and focused on results.
  • Ability and willingness to learn about new applications and products.
