Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laser Therapist to join our team at LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics at our well established Sunnybank and/or Brisbane CBD Clinic. The ideal candidate will hold a Queensland laser license for skin rejuvenation/hair removal and tattoo removal (last two ideal and not essential) and possess a solid background in performing laser treatments for both hair and skin concerns. Great communication skills and sales knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct laser consultations to assess client needs and determine suitable treatment plans.
  2. Perform laser hair removal treatments using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  3. Administer laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and other cosmetic concerns.
  4. Ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout the treatment process.
  5. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and progress notes.
  6. Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to uphold clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and provide ongoing support and advice.
  8. Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in laser technology and cosmetic treatments.
  9. Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve clinic goals.
  10. Assist with other duties as assigned by clinic management.
  11. Work with the state-wide team collaboratively in achieving same clinic and treatment objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Valid Queensland Laser license or ability to go through training.
  2. Proven experience as a Laser Therapist, preferably in a cosmetic clinic setting.
  3. Proficiency in performing laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments.
  4. Strong understanding of laser physics, skin anatomy, and safety precautions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  9. A passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry.
  10. Strong sales and communication skills
