Administration Officer - Automotive Industry

Carrington Car Co is looking for an experienced Automotive Administration Officer to join our fun, supportive, and energetic team.

About the Role:

This is a varied and essential position that supports multiple areas of our business. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and processing registration and vehicle acquisition paperwork
  • Entering incoming and outgoing vehicle stock into our database
  • Entering incoming invoices into our database
  • Assisting incoming callers and talking to potential buyers in the yard while providing excellent customer support
  • Dropping and picking up vehicles from suppliers
  • Providing general support across various departments

What We're Looking For:

  • Computer skills
  • Basic computer skills including email and internet usage
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A valid QLD driver's licence, manual preferred.
  • Manual driver's licence preferred, though automatic-only licences may be considered on a case-by-case basis
