About SWAY Pilates

SWAY is a boutique Pilates studio based on the Gold Coast, known for small-group classes (just eight, always), a supportive "Find Your SWAY" pathway, and a community-first approach to wellness.

We help people build strength, sculpt control, and stretch into confidence — from first-time movers to long-time Pilates lovers.

We're now looking for a remote Online Sales & Studio Support VA to help nurture new clients through their journey — from first Intro Pack or Return to Fitness (RTF) class into active membership.

The Role

You'll be the friendly, organised support behind our client growth.

Your role combines warm client contact, CRM management, and follow-up sequencing — all focused on helping people stay consistent and feel supported.

Key responsibilities:

  • Call new Intro and RTF clients to welcome them and help them book their next classes.
  • Use our friendly, non-pushy call framework to guide clients into the next step.
  • Track attendance, conversions, and client notes in Momence.
  • Support the automation flow (tags, emails, and reminders).
  • Update client data and send follow-up SMS or emails when needed.
  • Provide weekly updates and conversion summaries to the studio owner.

About You

  • Confident and caring phone communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or wellness admin.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email automation).
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and professional in communication.
  • Available for short daytime check-in calls across the week (flexible hours).

What We Offer

  • $35–$40/hr (depending on experience).
  • $15–$25 bonus per conversion (Intro/RTF → Membership).
  • 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule).
  • Remote role – work from home, Australia-based.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
