Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in bookings or vehicle coordination? We're recruiting for a key role within a major government department, responsible for managing a fleet of over 130 vehicles

About the Role

This position plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of fleet bookings and vehicle maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating vehicle bookings, servicing, and maintenance schedules
  • Managing data and reporting using Excel and dashboards
  • Using systems such as the UMS Booking System and QFleet Portal
  • Ensuring compliance and timely service delivery across the fleet
  • General administration support as required

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the motor vehicle industry or a bookings-focused sector (e.g. hospitality, travel)
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A process-driven mindset and ability to work independently
  • A desire for long-term contract work and a proactive, self-starting attitude
