As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated **Aftersales Support Technician** to help us deliver exceptional service and technical expertise to our customers.

**The Role**

You are the vital link between our products and the people who use them. In this hands-on position, you’ll ensure every ceiling fan, light fitting, and control accessory we sell continues to delight - long after installation. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, manage warranty claims, and provide clear, calm guidance to electricians, retailers, and end users alike.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Warranty & Replacements**: Process claims, coordinate timely parts dispatch, and manage replacements with professionalism.
- **Issue Troubleshooting**: Work directly with trade customers and internal teams to diagnose and fix product issues.
- **Service Records & CRM**: Accurately log support tickets, update customer records, and maintain service documentation.
- **Cross-Team Liaison**: Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Product Development to ensure smooth, end-to-end support.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Spot recurring faults and feed insights back into product enhancements.
- **Documentation & Training Tools**: Help maintain and refine installation guides, troubleshooting flowcharts, and training materials.
- **Product & Part Testing**: Assist in hands-on testing to validate component performance and reliability.

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Technical Aptitude**: Cert III or IV in Electrotechnology, HVAC, or equivalent electrical systems experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Solid understanding of ceiling fan wiring, lighting installations, or domestic electrical products.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear, confident, and calm—able to translate technical detail for electricians and end users alike.
- **Problem-Solver Mindset**: Solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail and time-management.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using computer systems (Apple/Mac environment) and updating CRM tools.
- **Driver’s Licence**: Preferred, for occasional site visits and product testing.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
