- you have strong leadership skills
- you are passionate about developing & motivation a fitness team
- you're experienced in recruitment & training fitness instructors
- you're an experienced group fitness instructor with the ability to teach multiple class types (with aligned qualifications)
- you have the ability to identify opportunity & articulate our core offer of a program
- you have a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

As our Program Director, you will be working closely with our Club Manager and National Support team, responsible for the scheduling and development of our group fitness programs and relevant recruitment and training.
- training and development of our instructors
- teaching classes across our modalities
- managing timetable in accordance to instructor budgets
- onboarding of new instructors
- high level communication with the team supporting class scheduling, instructor covers and managing staffing logistics as and when they occur
- fortnightly invoicing and payroll processing
- connecting with a passionate, driven team who love what they do in a supportive, inclusive environment
- love what you do and do what you love
The nitty gritty role requirements:
First aid / CPR certification
Certificate 3/4 or relevant fitness qualification
