Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent (38 hours per week)

Pay: $40.65- $41.98 per hour + Super

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Mount Isa, you'll leverage your expertise to inspire and motivate your team, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with leadership, and build strong relationships with families and the community.

In this role, you will:

1. Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
2. Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team.
3. Manage the centre's operations in the Centre Director’s absence.
4. Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
