Your Mission:
As a BDR at Pivot Wealth, you'll be the first point of contact for Australians who are ready to transform their money game - and their lives. Your job? Create clarity, confidence, and momentum. And book them into high-converting conversations with our Relationship Managers.

Key Outcomes You Drive:
- Having genuine conversations to understand goals, fit, and readiness
- Booking qualified meetings directly into Relationship Managers' calendars
- Logging all activity, notes, and client data in HubSpot for clean handovers
- Clients matched with the
right
package, not just any package - Running short follow-up sequences across calls, SMS, and emails
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve conversions and messaging
What You Won't Do:
- Cold calling
- Managing back-end workflows
- Chasing people who aren't a fit
You'll Crush This Role If You:
- Have 2+ years in phone-based sales (bonus: finance or pro services)
- Are naturally curious, coachable and love the chase
- Want to work somewhere that actually
