About the role
The Lead, Correspondence role prepares, manages and reviews the provision of high-level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, and submissions to ensure comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information. The role also provides a range of executive and project support services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and the achievement of organisational objectives, as required.
About you
You are an accomplished correspondence strategist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who:
- Have strong organisational and time-management skills with proven ability to oversee complex correspondence and records management, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
- Can do research with critical thinking in order to develop, review, and present high-level complex briefings, papers, and advice that support strategic decision-making.
- Can demonstrate expertise in coordinating sensitive and high-stakes communications, including managing recruitment-related appeals or complaints with professionalism and sound judgement.
- Have strong track record in designing and implementing streamlined administrative processes that enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior outcomes.
- Is proficient in utilising a range of technology applications including and not limited to HR systems, TRIM, MS Office with strong interpersonal skills to build effective cross-team collaborations and drive continuous service improvement.
- Proven ability to manage a team in a high-volume environment.
