Consultant - Construction Claims & Advisory – Sydney We are currently recruiting for a leading, privately held consultancy that's growing its Sydney office. You will have the opportunity to work closely with industry-leading directors who are committed to training and developing your expertise in the world of construction disputes. 

This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale construction disputes & claims on behalf of some of Sydney's largest contractors and prominent legal firms. 

*The Role*

  • Assisting in the preparation of extension of time (EOT), disruption, and acceleration claims.
  • Reviewing specifications, drawings, programs, and methodologies to identify claim opportunities.
  • Conducting forensic analysis of project records and site inspections.
  • Drafting contractual correspondence and supporting commercial management tasks.
  • Collaborating with internal consultants and external legal teams on multifaceted claims.

*What We're Looking For:*

  • An engineering degree and ideally 3 years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Previous dealings with contracts or Claims.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail
