Senior Litigation Secretary

Join our client's highly regarded Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in a role that offers variety, interesting work, and the opportunity to support respected Partners and Senior Lawyers.

The Role

As a valued member of this busy practice, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support across a range of litigation matters.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and formatting legal documents, contracts, deeds, and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, travel bookings, and email filing
  • Handling client calls and correspondence with professionalism
  • Processing timesheets and assisting with monthly billing
  • Maintaining electronic and physical files, including archiving
  • General administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly

About You

You are an experienced Legal Secretary (ideally with litigation experience) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence in managing competing deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in document production and billing
  • A proactive and service-oriented approach
