What does the job look like?

As a Technical Support Officer, you will provide technical support and advice to Field Technicians and contractors to ensure high levels of service delivery and operational performance.

Key areas include:

• Analyse and investigate trends to reduce call rates and maximising customer satisfaction
• Support and manage technical escalations and taking ownership of end outcomes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a high focus on quality, safety and efficiency
• Provide Level 2 help desk support to Field Technicians and subcontractors
• Undertake field work where needed to resolve complex issues
• Assist in creating and maintaining parts matrixes for relevant devices
• Use data-driven insights to identify technical and procedural improvement areas and provide training support for Field Technicians and subcontractors

Are you the one?

You have proven experience in technical support or field service and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. You are proactive with a focus on safety and always looking for ways to make a real difference. You can demonstrate:

• Knowledge of the ATMs/ Cash Management devices or a technical know-how, would be an advantage
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to trouble shoot complex issues and manage escalations effectively
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a 5-day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
