About the role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to be part of our Workforce Relations & Reform, People & Capability Command. The Senior Employee Relations Specialist delivers expert, strategic advice on industrial relations and human resources (HR). This role involves advocacy, negotiation, and the implementation of workplace reform strategies across the NSW Police Force.
