About the Role

  • Support the development, implementation and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

  • Create and maintain engaging learning spaces that inspire curiosity and creativity

  • Maintain high standards of compliance, safety and quality in every aspect of care

  • Collaborate with your team and contribute ideas to enhance the learning environment

What You'll Need

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • Strong understanding of the NQS and EYLF

  • A collaborative, positive and professional approach
