Inclusion Support Educator – Busy Bees at Cameron Park

Location: Cameron Park, NSW
Licensed Capacity: 106 places

Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (WT 2.1 to 3.4)

We're looking for a compassionate Inclusion Support Educator to make a meaningful impact by supporting children with additional needs to reach their full potential.

About the Role

  • Provide individualised support for children with additional needs, fostering inclusion and participation in all daily routines and experiences

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and external professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Assist with planning and documenting children's learning in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment for all children

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture focused on inclusion and continuous improvement

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • Experience supporting children with diverse developmental or learning needs

  • Strong understanding of inclusive practices and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
