Location: Brindabella Business Centre, 37 Brindabella Circuit, Canberra International Airport, ACT
Licensed Capacity: 174 places
Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (based on experience, in line with WT 2.1 – WT 3.4 classification)

About the Role

Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees at The Park and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children. As an Educator, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in alignment with the EYLF and NQS

  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members

  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

  • Support the implementation of the educational program

  • Collaborate closely with Lead Educators and the Centre Leadership Team

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

  • Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP)

  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development
