About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Legal Assistant
to join a professional law firm based in Bundall. This role is integral to supporting solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of legal services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing client communications while maintaining confidentiality
  • Organizing, filing, and maintaining legal records and case files
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
  • Assisting with legal research and document preparation
  • General administrative duties to support the legal team

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
