We're on the hunt for an energetic and experienced Food & Beverage / Gaming Supervisor to join our crew as we get ready to relaunch into something fresh, fun, and modern With our exciting renovations, this is your chance to be part of a brand-new chapter in a venue that's about to shine.

You'll lead from the front across both day and night shifts (including some 4am finishes), bringing your passion for great service, team spirit, and good vibes to every shift. A current RSA and RSG are a must, along with a can-do attitude and a love for creating memorable guest experiences. A Day In The Life Of a F&B Attendant

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

• You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
