Job DescriptionJoin our Victorian Real Estate Management Services team and accelerate your success in a dynamic, team-based environment. Based in Chadstone, you'll manage a national industrial and commercial office portfolio, supported by a Senior Property Manager and Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the portfolio.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure lease compliance.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports (financial, arrears, maintenance, etc.).
- Coordinate CAPEX and ad hoc building works and services.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial property management.
- Strong financial acumen and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage lease administration and compliance.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
