The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Cluster Managerto oversee a portfolio of stores across Chadstone Shopping Centre. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, inspiring, and developing Store Managers and their teams to deliver sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and KPI performance across your region through effective leadership and coaching.
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all locations.
• Lead, inspire and develop staff members, fostering high-performing teams.
• Oversee store presentation, VM standards, and stock management.
• Monitor financial performance including wages, shrinkage and controllable costs.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and omni-channel experiences.
• Build strong internal relationships and act as a true brand ambassador.
• Managing and overseeing 1 boutique and 2 concessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven multi-site or large-format management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a related retail sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse reports and deliver results.
• A hands-on leader who inspires, motivates and develops others.
