The Role

Play a key role in a major Community Experience and Engagement project across Victoria where you'll flex your muscles in stakeholder engagement – growing key relationships and presenting compelling insights stories. In addition, to a range of other ad hoc commercial and social projects along the way.

This role is for a Quant leaning dualist where you'll be the bridge between insight and action - partnering with clients, designing smart research and delivering impactful, actionable insights strategy.

About You

You'll have either a
quant background
(happy to do some qual) or a
quant leaning dualist
with
strong agency experience
. You love being in the room with clients - asking the right questions, challenging thinking, and connecting the dots between data and strategy.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Have experience of designing research, project set up, data analysis (Q skills or similar stats package), synthesis and story telling
