About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key operational projects across a regional operations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate a broad range of activities — including project planning, logistics, stakeholder engagement, documentation, reporting, and general administrative support.

Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager and a collaborative team, you will play an integral role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support operational and strategic projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Develop project schedules, track progress, and monitor key milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Support logistics and resource planning for project activities, events, and site visits.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.

About You

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or operational support roles.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and other project or collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing procurement, budgets, or invoicing is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, business administration, or a related field (desirable).
