About the Opportunity

As the Head of Hospitality, you will oversee and elevate all hospitality operations, systems, processes, across our service offerings across SAINT and SAINT HAVEN clubs. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for ensuring that every touchpoint within our hospitality spaces reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence. From the front-of-house experience to the seamless integration of food, beverage, and service delivery, your role will set the benchmark for luxury in private wellness clubs.

Criteria & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within high-profile brands, hotels or private clubs.
  • Proven track record of success in senior hospitality leadership roles, overseeing multi-site operations.
  • Deep understanding of premium service delivery, luxury trends, and member-focused innovation.
  • Exceptional financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
