You will enjoy working along-side a committed team. The role will provide administrative assistance to the Group Culinary Director and will necessitate the provision of a broad range of duties spanning Administrative, Office Management, Public Relations and Communications functions. The Assistant Administrator will receive direction from the Group Culinary Director managing tasks & duties allocated by the Group Culinary Director with the aim to maintain & improve productive systems for the overall benefit of Good Group Hospitality.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clear flow of communication from the Group Culinary Director to individuals & groups, both internally within the group, and to external contacts
- Diary Management - Maintain an accurate and up to date diary of appointments, ensuring that all necessary parties are aware of upcoming schedule
- Ability to liaise with multiple venues across the Good Group
- General Office and Administrative Duties
- Organise travel arrangements for the Group Culinary Director
- Strong computer skills (excel and database systems) and good with English (for menus) and good with numbers (for COGS & pricing)

**Requirements**:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working with an Executive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a team player
- Have an active and can do positive attitude
- Planning and time management skills
- Ability to liaise with colleagues & stakeholders of all levels
- Flexible with weekend needs
- A passion for food
- Hospitality background is essential
- Degree qualified with a structured mind and the art of discipline to get things done correctly on time
