**About the company and role**

This role is built for a leader in the Food & Beverage industry ready to sink their teeth into a flagship venue, part of a unique hospitality group.

You will be a vital cog to the system, and will play an active role in ensuring customer service is on point, staff morale is high, and the atmosphere in the venue is electric.

This role is part of a continual development program, to strengthen your skills and knowledge of all facets of the business, ensuring you become a balanced leader ready to progress further within the company.

- 1+ years experience as a F&B Manager, Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a high volume hospitality environment
- A hunger and passion for achieving excellence from a brand perspective
- Experience managing a team of 30+
- The ability identify customers needs and convert ideas into marketing campaigns, function packages and promotions
- Advanced industry knowledge in Food & Beverage
- Experience working with KPI's, reading and analyzing P&L reports, and providing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to motivate large teams
