  • 60-year-old female participant.
  • Albert Park location.
  • Monday(s) - Thursday(s) 7:00 am - 10:00 pm, Friday(s) 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm fortnightly, Saturday(s) 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Sunday 8:30 am - 11:30 am, 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm, 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
  • Specifically needing to fill: Friday(s) 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm fortnightly, Saturday(s) 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Sunday(s) 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm.
  • Motor Neurone Disease (MND) diagnosis and experience preferred.
  • Hoisting experience required/highly advantageous.
  • NIV experience required.
  • Requiring support workers that show initiative and can work without continuous direction.
  • Tasks include: assisting with bedtime routine, basic domestic assistance (i.e. cleaning the kitchen), meal preparation.
  • Support requirements expected to increase over time.
  • Possibility for additional work with other participants nearby.

We are looking for a competent, enthusiastic and reliable Support Worker who possesses the right empathy, interpersonal skills and ethics to prioritise the care of our clients.

Essential Selection Criteria (or willingness to obtain):

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee status/if working with participants
