**Eagers Automotive (AHG) **currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Consultant to join our Used vehicle sales team at
**Lynford Osborne Park.**

Reporting to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**To reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need**:

- A genuine, friendly, and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all team members.
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs.
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 8pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 1pm

**About you**:
If you are a professional salesperson who is confident with their customer service skills and is looking for a challenge, then we want you

Prior experience in automotive sales roles is not essential, individuals that are passionate salespeople or who have a customer service background are more than welcomed.

You will ideally possess:

- Must be motivated, driven and able to demonstrate resilience.
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence or be willing to obtain one.
