**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** is currently seeking a highly talented Assistant Service Manager to help lead our busy Service department at
**Lynford Motors.**

Duties include:

- Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Managing outcomes to deliver an efficient and profitable service operation.
- Building relationships with all key stake holders of the business.
- Ensuring a safe work environment exists and is maintained following best practices.
- Developing and supporting a high-performance team, ultimately satisfying all customers while maintaining department profitability.

- A track record of high performance in the service arena
- Capability to manage and drive teamwork

- Able to implement and maintain change in a busy environment
