The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Project Manager and Director, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through to defect-free delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing programs, budgets and project risks.
  • Leading and motivating site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
  • Managing subcontractor relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance.
  • Overseeing site planning, construction methods and quality standards.
  • Conducting reviews of drawings, scopes, and specifications for buildability.
  • Ensuring defect-free delivery and managing clearance inspections.
  • Training and mentoring Assistant Site Supervisors or leading hands.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Junior Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, SWMS, ITPs, and Class 2 building compliance.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
