About the Company:

We are a commercial joinery company based in Wetherill Park who services projects all up the East Coast of Australia. Our work consists predominately of larger office fit outs with a good variety of education, Medical, Aged care, Dental and Vets in the mix.

We show consistent growth in the company and are looking to build up our team to achieve more in the following years to come.

The Position:

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team. The position requires someone with a strong joinery background along with management experience. Your role as Site Manager is important to Nouva, your job keeps the quality and budgets on track as well as keeping an informed team of installers, Project Manger and Client. You know what to look out for day to day, so you spot problems and mitigate risks ahead of time.

You Can:

  • Work seamlessly Multiple job sites and install teams, organising, setting up and monitoring throughout the week
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Production Manager and Contracts Administrator
  • Co-ordinate and manage trades, subcontractors and deliveries
  • Report site status, progress, maintenance and defects accurately to the Production Team
  • Discuss detail daily with Project Manager to ensure always on the same page
  • Ensure each client is satisfied with the quality of installation and time required of every Joinery unit
  • Keep a consistent high level of planning, detail and delivery on site
  • Travel interstate for site measures and joinery deliveries as required

You Have:

  • Proven experience in Site Management or Project Management
  • A relevant qualification within the industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Joinery detail, hardware and materials.
  • Able to read and interpret detailed shop drawings drawings and deliver the product as drawn
  • Great people skills when dealing with Clients, Install teams and other staff
  • A "Defect Free" attitude
