Your role
As estara's Client Service Coordinator, you will work closely with our dedicated In-home and Community Support team, focusing on our impact across Mount Gambier and the wider South East area.
Day-to-day, you will work with our clients and key stakeholders and be responsible for ensuring they are provided with high-quality services that are key to enabling their independence and supporting them to reach their potential. As well as this, you will also be responsible for providing direction and advice to a team of Support Workers, making a real impact across the South East local community, predominately in Mount Gambier, Millicent, and surrounding areas. Every estara client receives unique support tailored to their needs and aspirations, allowing you to enjoy great variety in your role and see the positive change you are influencing in people's lives.

Your capabilities

Essential
- Current working knowledge of the disability industry
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and maintain a high level of customer service
- Ability to empower and develop Support Workers
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in disability, community services, nursing, other relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge of NDIS quality and safeguarding requirements
Special conditions
- Current South Australian full drivers' licence is essential
- DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check and any relevant Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS with at least 6 months' validity
- Intrastate travel and work outside of normal business hours as required
