**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on required documentation and manage compliance checks
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and lenders to keep deals moving
- Provide admin support to brokers and senior management
- Maintain accurate records and keep all parties updated

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Must have experience in asset finance broker support** (essential)
- Strong understanding of lender policies and submission processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, team player, and keen to grow with the business
