We are looking for a committed, reliable, organized, self-motivated and proactive all-rounder to join our small, professional, fun and friendly team. We are a professional team, specializing in providing mortgage broking services in the residential, commercial, and business space. OCTO is currently experiencing strong business growth and expect to continue to grow at a rapid pace in the coming years. Our office is located in South Yarra and in close proximity to the train station and shops along the bustling Toorak Road.

About the Role
- Assisting Brokers with day to day tasks
- Liasing with clients, follow-up activity, client profiling and setting up meetings
- Have a clear understanding of servicing
- Understanding the lender policy attached to the product chosen for the client

About You
- Experience in the Finance/Mortgage Broking Industry preferable but not essential
- Strong sales skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Great phone etiquette and communicator
- Proficiency in a second language other than English is highly regarded but not essential

**Salary**: $47,390.66 - $65,000.00 per year
