**About Us**:
At Loan Market, we are an award winning leading brokerage dedicated to providing innovative mortgage finance solutions to our clients. Historically, we have referred our asset finance deals externally, but we are now excited to establish an in-house asset finance division. Our team is our greatest asset, and this expansion will enable us to better serve our growing client base.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Asset Finance Broker within a brokerage environment
- Proven expertise in both consumer and commercial asset finance
- A proactive, strategic thinker who can help shape and grow our asset finance division
- A go-getter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of asset finance clients
- Source and secure the best finance options for consumers and businesses
- Provide expert advice and build long-term relationships with clients and lenders
- Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of our asset finance division
