Position Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Team Member to join our team In this role, you'll be the face of our venue...welcoming guests, assisting with questions, managing the flow of activities, and ensuring that every guest feels safe, valued, and excited to be here. You'll help create an atmosphere of fun while maintaining professionalism and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude

Provide information on games, mini golf, specials, and venue features

Ensure guest safety by monitoring play areas and enforcing safety guidelines

Assist with game card sales, prize redemption, and mini golf check-ins

Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and positively

Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas

Collaborate with team members to create smooth operations and a fun atmosphere

Assist with event setups (birthday parties, group bookings, etc.) as needed

Uphold company policies and promote a respectful, inclusive environment for all guests

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy periods smoothly

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working with Children's Check
