Casual Barista

Join a skilled & passionate team of hospitality professionals at Baci restaurant in Crown Casino. We are looking for a skilled barista who is passionate about coffee and experienced working in a fast paced environment.

What will make you the ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a barista with speciality coffee.
  • High quality barista skills, timing shots, knowledge of adjusting grinders, and latte art.
  • Knowledge and experience in using a range of milk alternatives.
  • Serving customers at the POS.
  • Opening and closing routine.
  • General back of house cleaning.
  • End of shift cleaning of machine.
  • Must be available on the weekends.
