Role Overview:

As a Sales Cadet, you will be an integral part of our sales and administration team. Your role will involve handling inbound sales inquiries, assisting with quoting for parts and repairs, and supporting various sales functions. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the sales and automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Sales & Quoting: Assist in generating accurate quotes for truck body repairs, parts, and custom builds. Work closely with the technical team to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
  • Sales Administration: Process orders, track sales leads, and maintain an up-to-date CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings, including parts, repairs, and truck body solutions, to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with tasks such as preparing sales presentations, reports, and coordinating customer meetings.

Skills & Experience:

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in quoting and ensuring the accuracy of information provided to customers.
  • Customer-Focused: A friendly, customer-first attitude with the ability to develop lasting relationships.
  • Interest in Trucks & Automotive Industry: A genuine interest in the truck body building industry or mechanical engineering is a plus (but not essential).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
