Job Description

Our personal injuries team are dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Ipswich Personal Injuries team as a Legal Assistant on a full time contract basis.

The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, diary management, file management, preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

Qualifications

We value excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients. Our team works in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, so strong organisational and time management skills are a must. If you're a team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and consider yourself an admin whizz who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
