**Property Services Manager - Maintenance and Engineering**

**About the Role**

**We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated tradesperson seeking new challenge.**

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management / leadership role
- **Trade qualification (plumbing or electrical/mechanical engineering desirable)**:

- Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance
- Proven experience in external contractor management, including negotiation of maintenance contracts.
- Experience in and ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement principles.

**Remuneration**:On offer is an hourly rate up to $63.55 + superannuation based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances [FTE up to $125,577 per annum]
