About the opportunity

The Power Platform Developer reports to the Business Systems Manager and is part of the IT Team. The key focus of this role is to develop, deploy and manage applications using the Microsoft Power Platform suite including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages to deliver innovative solutions and improve business operations. More specifically, you will:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business objectives and requirements by identifying needs and finding custom solutions
  • Utilise Power Apps and Power Automate to boost productivity by automating repetitive tasks and workflows
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and engagement in existing systems and platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Train and support users on new tools and systems implemented

About you

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • 3+ years of development experience with Power Apps (Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Power Pages and Power Virtual Agents
  • Knowledge of Microsoft stack - D365, marketing and customer insights – desirable
  • Experience with Power Platform developer features such as PCFs, Custom Connectors – highly desirable
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Power Platform best practices, solution architecture principles, security and data management
  • Data analytical experience and business acumen
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
