**About The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in one of the most dynamic engineering fields of Fluid Power.

In this role you will receive full training to be able to provide sales and administrative support to Berendsen’s nationwide branch network.

This is a full-time position and can be based either in our Sydney Head Office, which is located in Norwest, our Melbourne branch based in Dandenong South or in Newcastle.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing internal support for the Sales Team by generating quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support across the national branch network.
- Assisting customers with product selection by interpreting catalogues and product information.

You will be joining a successful and supportive team, providing professional and friendly service to a range of customers and colleagues.

- Possess a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- You can be either just commencing your career in customer service, or be an experienced customer service expert.
- Committed, with a desire to grow and develop a long-standing career within the Berendsen business.
- A ‘can do’ approach to your work.
- Enthusiastic about learning and embracing challenges.
- Enjoy working with people.
- An interest or experience in engineering is advantageous but not essential.
