If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help people, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our high performing Construction team in our Norwest office.

**THE ROLE**

As a Construction Customer Service Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client customer interactions, ensuring that each touchpoint is infused with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with our customers, providing them with the support they need throughout their construction journey with us.

**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:

- Ensuring customers are well informed of the steps throughout the construction journey, sending written communication and necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborating closely with Site managers, to obtain updates and information to answer customer questions regarding site related items when necessary.
- Raising Variations and coordinating amended paperwork to suit when necessary. Finalising handover, final account and Occupation Certificate documentation as required by customers, certifiers, and lenders.**To be successful for this role you'll need**:

- Proven track record in customer service or related fields.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
