Procurement Manager

**CSE Uniserve provides high quality local engineering design services, support and effective delivery of technically advanced products and systems to mining & heavy industry, electrical and water utility, renewable energy, transport, and oil & gas sectors specialising in the delivery of a range of solutions from electrical system protection and control to asset management, power distribution and automation**

In the role of Procurement and Inventory Manager you will support the smooth flow of customer orders from sales to the site, overseeing the management of inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained in line with policy. You will also lead a team to ensure that the logistics and delivery are to the needs of CSE and our customers, this includes overseas air and sea freight.

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Procurement or Logistics Management
- A proven track record in fast paced environments managing a small team to delivery top results.
- Strong ERP system knowledge, with ability to learn and manage the way the system is used.
- Hands on experience in developing and implementing SOP and POPs with a view to be strategic in continual improvement for the department.
- Report and manage non conformances and be a general escalation point for contract breaches and management.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of leadership through communication with the ability to mentor and provide support to your team.
- Strong customer service skills, with the experience to work with internal clients directly but also manage expectations and communicate foreseeable issues back to the team.
