**CCM **Development Lead (OpenText)**
**Full-Time**
- Manage and develop solutions using the OpenText and/or Quadient CCM platform
- Collaborative in-house Tech & Change team of 110+ employees
- Insurance industry leader, working with credible brands such as Real Insurance, Medibank, Woolworths and RSPCA

Our Development Lead (OpenText) is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining solutions using the OpenText and/or Quadient CCM platform. The focus for this role will be to implement solutions based on the design, specifications and standards provided by lead developers and architects.

**What are we looking for?**
- Good hands-on experience in developing outbound communications using an enterprise CCM platform such as OpenText and/or Quadient based on provided specifications
- Good understanding of Document Archiving and Retrieval solutions
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting
- Experience working with different data payload formats such as XML and Json
- Proven experience in various scripting languages such as VBScript and JavaScript
- Understanding of Rest API integration concepts
- Demonstrated ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, fast learner and driven to action
- Good skills in personal work organisation and time management
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Strong ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new CCM technologies/ platforms.
